What we do

Own-brand consumables, held in the UK

Sleep therapy runs on consumables. Masks wear, cushions lose their seal, filters clog, tubing splits and chambers need replacing. A clinic that cannot get those parts quickly has a patient off therapy.

We exist to make that supply straightforward. We develop our own range under the Alvera brand, hold it in our own unit in Leeds, and ship it to trade buyers the same day they order. No import lead times, no waiting on a container, no minimum order of a thousand units before anyone will talk to you.

Ten units per line is enough to open the door. From there, the price falls as the volume rises, automatically, without a negotiation.

How we handle our regulatory obligations

We supply medical device accessories, and we treat that as a responsibility rather than a formality. Every line we hold is specified against the devices it fits, and we keep the documentation that goes with it.

Instructions for use and declarations of conformity are available on request for any product we supply. If a safety notice or corrective action ever affects goods you have bought, we will contact you directly using the details on your account.

Our products carry the markings required for supply in Great Britain, and technical documentation is held for each line. We are registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency as required for the classes of device we supply. Ask the trade desk if you need documentation for a tender or a supplier audit.

We work from one address. Stock, dispatch and the trade desk are all at Unit 3, Twenty4 Secure Storage, Armley, Leeds, LS12 4HP, a few minutes from the M621 and M62.

Trade buyers can collect by appointment. Call the trade desk first so we can have the order picked and waiting.
