Alvera PureWipe CPAP Equipment Cleaning Wipes — 120 Wipe Tub

Alvera PureWipe™ CPAP cleaning wipes are pre-moistened, alcohol-free wipes for daily cleaning of masks, tubing exteriors, humidifier chambers and device housings. Each dispensing tub holds 120 wipes, for pharmacies, sleep services and resellers.

Using CPAP cleaning wipes day to day

Skin oil and sweat build up on a mask cushion with every use, and a quick daily wipe is the cleaning step users are most likely to keep up. PureWipe contains no alcohol, so it does not dry out silicone, and it leaves no residue, so equipment needs no rinsing before use.

The formula is unscented and contains no latex, with aloe vera extract and vitamin E. Wipes dispense one at a time through the lid of a polypropylene tub. PureWipe is manufactured in the United Kingdom by Elarix Medical Ltd, a single-SKU, retail-ready item that sits well alongside masks and filters on a repeat order.

These are CPAP cleaning wipes, not a disinfectant. They do not replace the periodic wash in warm soapy water set out by mask and device manufacturers, and a wipe cannot reach inside air tubing, which needs a brush or a soak.

Use and care

• For external use on equipment only. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children.
• Wipe the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry; no rinsing is needed.
• Do not put a wipe inside the air outlet, the blower or any internal part of the device.
• Headgear and fabric parts are not wiped; hand wash them to the mask instructions.
• Store at 5 to 25 degrees C, out of direct sunlight. Do not flush; dispose of used wipes in general waste.
• Mask and device manufacturer cleaning instructions take precedence.
