Who to ask for what

Placing or changing an order Call, especially before 1pm. Once an order is dispatched we cannot recall it.
Returns and shortages Ask for a returns reference before sending anything back.
Documentation Email with the SKUs. Declarations of conformity, instructions for use and batch details.
Product safety concern Call, then email so we have it in writing. Tell us the SKU and the batch number.
