This policy applies across all Elarix Medical Ltd divisions, including CpapSupply.co.uk, DefibCentre.co.uk, and SelfiMed.co.uk. Each store may publish product-specific delivery or return conditions depending on the nature of the medical equipment supplied.


UK Delivery

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off are dispatched the following working day.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

  • Free UK Delivery: Applied automatically at checkout for orders over £150 (before VAT and shipping).

  • Tracking & Security: All UK deliveries include tracking and are dispatched with reliable couriers, requiring either a signature or confirmed delivery.


International Shipping

We deliver worldwide using UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail International.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days (may vary by destination).

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout according to weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

  • Tracking: Provided by email once dispatched.

Returns & Hygiene Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Pre-authorised in writing

Non-returnable products (once opened):

  • Respiratory therapy consumables: CPAP masks (nasal, full-face, pillow), tubing, air filters, humidifier chambers.

  • Emergency consumables: Defibrillator pads, electrodes, batteries, sterile medical supplies.

  • Any product with a hygiene seal or sterility marking.

👉 Customers should confirm product suitability before opening or using any item.


Refund Policy

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Full Refunds: Issued for sealed, unused items in original condition.

  • Partial Refunds: Deductions (up to 50%) may apply if:

    • Packaging is damaged

    • Accessories/manuals are missing

    • Signs of handling or use are present

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of return approval and issued to the original payment method.


Return Instructions

  1. Request return authorisation in writing before sending items.

  2. Provide order number and product details.

  3. Ensure items are received within 14 days of authorisation.

Customs & International Orders

For all non-UK orders, the recipient is responsible for:

  • Charges imposed by local customs or carriers

  • Packages returned or refused due to unpaid import duties
